I am a hard, but fair teacher of the game. I breed and influence a culture of high-level engagement in leadership and development to my clients: mentally, physically, emotionally, and holistically. Then, I apply these concepts to life itself.
I have more than five years of experience coaching youth basketball, boys and girls. I have coached all levels of youth: groups of nine-year-old athletes, one on one sessions with middle school-aged athletes, and high school level athletes.
I have grown with the personal experience in four different sports: Basketball, Track & Field, Soccer and Baseball.
I began playing basketball in middle school for Redwood Day School. At first, I had a very low skillset, but I was very tall for my age at the time and I was talented at jumping and very fast. I grew to love the sport due to my natural ability to learn the game and dominate within my first year playing competitively.
In high school, I attended St. Mary's College High School where I was privileged to earn my role to varsity in my junior year. That school year in 2007-2008, I was a part of a dominating, near-undefeated team, and we participated in a state championship that year against Campbell Hall high school out of Los Angeles, CA.
As I transitioned to Morehouse College, I participated for the team as a red-shirt my first year, then later took more interest in playing intramural basketball instead for the rest of my years there.

"Attitude is a choice. What you think you can do, whether positive or negative, confidence or scared, will most likely happen." -Pat Summit
I have 5 years of experience as a teacher of the game.
I believe in equal opportunity for all players, despite their skill level. By combining basic skills and hard work, it is possible to achieve success as a team. The environment of my training session is an open space where criticism is only constructive, and players are comfortable enough to make mistakes and learn from them.
I have more than 10 years of experience as a student of the game.
2011 - 2016
I competed collegiately as a Division I basketball player and captain at Southern Methodist University where I graduated, then went on to play in the BIG-12 at Texas Christian University.
2016 - present
I have had experience training youth of all ages. I enjoy educating young student-athletes on what it takes to play at the next level and providing the fundamentals necessary to reach their individual goals.
